Welcome to Designs By Tabitha. By accessing or using our website hosted on the GoDaddy platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services or placing an order.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Designs By Tabitha website (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products offered through it. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
We strive to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible, but colors and images may appear differently on your screen.
Custom and handmade items may vary slightly in appearance and are part of their unique nature.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through GoDaddy’s integrated payment system and accepted payment providers (e.g., major credit cards, PayPal, etc.).
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders due to incorrect pricing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the accuracy of all information.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on location, carrier, or circumstances beyond our control.
Designs By Tabitha is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Tabitha@designsbytabitha.ca within 7 days of delivery.
We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, depending on the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of Designs By Tabitha and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designs By Tabitha shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or misuse of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of products shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario for the resolution of any legal matter.

Return and Refund Policy

At Designs By Tabitha, every item is created with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, we kindly ask that you read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Most of our items are handcrafted or made-to-order, which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Tabitha@designsbytabitha.ca with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

A replacement item (if available), or
A store credit for the value of the item (excluding original shipping)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom or personalized orders
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is approved due to damage or error, Designs By Tabitha will cover the cost of return shipping or replacement shipping.

5. Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you made a mistake or need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate .
